Greenway Homes has opened the first show house on its prestigious Garden Mews development, highlighting the partnership with award-winning international design company Bernard Interiors.
Bernard Interiors, which has won a raft of prestigious industry awards, has worked with Greenway Homes to offer the highest standards within each property type, demonstrated by the success of two pre-release weekends.
Garden Mews, situated in the Blaydon conservation area, is being developed by independent local developer Greenway Homes following a multimillion-pound investment.
Comprising a stylish mix of 25 homes, the regeneration includes the renovation of the historic Blaydon House into three family homes. Seven apartments, three mews houses and 12 three-storey townhouses will complete the project.
Sanderson Young has been appointed as the selling agent for Garden Mews.
Ian Watson, Chairman of Greenway Homes (NE) Ltd, said: “Demand for quality homes in this area is very high but the reaction from the pre-release weekends was beyond all our expectations. This early success emphasises the buoyancy of the residential market which we see continuing as further phases are released in the coming months.
Amy Brice, regional surveyor at Sanderson Young, commented: “These stunning properties were an overwhelming success pre-release, and we have significant interest in the remaining homes, particularly the townhouses.
“We are carrying out Covid-safe viewings, by appointment, at Garden Mews and we are delighted to open the showhouse to demonstrate the standard of finish from Bernard Interiors and the overall quality of the development.”
